Based on the experience of customers around the world, Tecnotion has expanded the capabilities of HALL sensors. The second generation HALL sensor is currently on the market! HALL sensors are another ideal choice for cost-effective and accurate positioning processes required for linear motor movement. Users can easily install HALL sensor heads on the surface of the rotor (coil unit), which can replace optical or magnetic encoders.
The second generation HALL sensor achieves a precision of 100mm and a reciprocating precision of approximately 30mm, with a resolution as low as 5-10mm.The second generation HALL sensor with robust construction:
